"Shipping was surprisingly fast"

"Clear prices, literally no surprises"
I really appreciated that the pricing was clear right from the start. The quote I got matched what I had seen online, and there weren’t any random extra fees popping up later.
Checkout was straightforward, and the final total actually made sense. It’s always nice when you don’t have to second-guess what you’re being charged.
Overall, it was a easy buying experience, which I literally appreciate more than I expected. I’d definitely be fine using them again

"Booking was fine, but the timing was annoying"
Setting up the appointment was easy at first, but then the time I picked got changed, which was kind of frustrating. I had to call just to make sure everything was still set, and I wasn’t thrilled about having to chase that down. The staff was nice when I talked to them, but I really wish the online schedule was clearer so I didn’t have to deal with the back and forth.

Got my new stereo put in at Car Toys. really happy with how it turned out. Clean setup, no weird wires dangling anywhere, nothing looking rushed. Just looked like it was supposed to be there. Picked it up and everything worked right away too, which was a relief. The tech came out and showed me the basic controls real quick before I left. Nice touch. It did take a bit longer than I expected, not gonna lie, but once I saw the install, yeah. Worth the wait.

I ordered from Car Toys online after looking at a few reviews and seeing other people had decent experiences, and it went smoothly for me too. I found what I needed without much digging, checkout was easy, and the update emails were helpful. My order showed up when it was supposed to and everything was packed well. No issues on my end, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Good prices, but communication could’ve been clearer"
I was shopping around for a car stereo and cartoys.com had a better price than a few other places I checked. Shipping was reasonable too, and I didn’t feel like they tacked on a bunch of random extra charges at checkout.
The stereo showed up and works great so far, so overall I’m happy with what I got for the money. My only annoyance was that the communication wasn’t super clear along the way, and I had to kind of figure out what was going on with the order myself. Still, I’d probably use them again if I needed more car stuff

"Good updates, still seeing how it holds up"
I got regular updates after placing my order, which I appreciated. They kept me in the loop on what was happening and when to expect everything, so I didn’t have to chase anyone down or wonder where things stood. The whole process was easy overall. The product seems okay so far, though I’m still a little unsure how the quality will hold up long term. I’d probably use cartoys.com again

"Decent install, but the upsell was a lot"
I used cartoys.com to set up a car audio install. Easy. Work came out fine. The staff seemed like they knew their stuff, so no real complaints there.
The annoying part was the upselling. Every question felt like it turned into another add-on. This cable. That upgrade. Maybe some of it made sense, but it got old quick. Not a bad place. Just wish they eased up a bit.

I had my car alarm installed at Car Toys, and I’m glad I went there instead of trying to figure it out somewhere cheaper or do anything myself. The guy went over the basics with me in a normal way, didn’t make it awkward, and didn’t try to push a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. The install looks clean, there aren’t any loose wires hanging around, and everything works the way it’s supposed to. It did take a little longer than I expected, but for something like an alarm, I’d rather have it done right than rushed. I’d definitely go back.

"Remote start has been great for me"
I got a remote start installed through cartoys.com, it’s been working really well for me. My truck starts up every morning without any hassle, even on those cold days when I really don’t feel like dealing with it. I haven’t run into any weird issues so far, so from my experience, I’m happy with it...

The staff was nice enough and seemed to know the basics about car audio, which did help. They walked me through a few options without making it feel too complicated, so I appreciated that part.
The frustrating thing was having to wait in line longer than I expected before anyone could help me. Then when I started asking more detailed questions, they didn’t seem totally sure on some of the answers. Overall it wasn’t a bad visit, just average, and I expected a little more from Car Toys.

"Found a few things, but not the whole list"
I stopped in hoping to grab a handful of things, and it was kind of hit or miss. Like, I found some of what I needed, so not a total wasted trip, but a few items were already gone. Maybe I just came at a weird time? Anyway, it was fine overall, just wish the shelves had been a little better stocked.

"Longer wait than expected"
The service itself was fine, but I did end up waiting a lot longer than they originally told me. I kept thinking, “Okay, it should be any minute now,” and then... nope, still waiting. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a little frustrating when you’re expecting it to be quicker.

"Looks clean, from what I notice"
Had a stereo put in my truck i mostly just remember being happy with how it looked when I got it back. The trim sits close to flush, and I haven’t heard any rattling so far. There is a tiny gap on one side if you really stare at it, but I kind of forget it’s there unless I’m looking for it. I think it took a bit longer than they originally said, but overall I’m happy with it.
